The skills and techniques I acquired during the programme I use on a daily basis – particularly the use of dialogue and body positioning to improve rapport with colleagues/friends etc – and it works!
The skills help me in day-to-day life in achieving objectives. I have learnt how to recognise and deal with internal tugs and now I understand that these are about me and not necessarily about the actual circumstance/person that has triggered them. The course has given me a sense of satisfaction in dealing with certain people/situations and an immense amount of control.
