Program Structure
The program is in 2 modules and contains approximately 12 hours home study which takes place between modules. It is important to remember that NLP is a life skill. Time is needed between modules to practise and perfect new skills in the real world before moving on to the next stage. The program has been carefully designed to maximise your experience and your investment, by giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in NLP so that you feel confident in your abilities to use the techniques effectively.

Home Learning and Preparation
NLP is an experiential subject and it is not our intention to overload you with academic study. The home learning is intended to familiarise you with the principles upon which NLP is based and to identify areas for you to work on during the program. In the home learning pack you will receive –
- A home learning workbook
- A recommended reading list for those of you who like to read around the subject
When you arrive on module 2 you will receive a comprehensive manual together with a copy of Managing with the Power of NLP by David Molden.
The program
Before arriving on the program you will be asked to complete an on line Harrison Assessment – this is a starting point for your personal development.
Module 1 (4 days)
When you arrive on this module you will be given a copy of Brilliant NLP by programme leaders David Molden and Pat Hutchinson.
You will learn –

- How you utilise your time: be the master of time and task
- To be self confident in unfamiliar or difficult situations

- How to action and execute ideas in a timely fashion: turning great ideas into positive action
- How to be a role model for others: be the leader you want others to draw inspiration from
Module 1 is an effective NLP program in is own right for business people wishing to remove their barriers to success and excel. It includes a Diploma in NLP although your learning and experience will go far beyond this level. See our events page for pricing details.
