I’m a natural sceptic with this kind of thing, I’ve been in the business now 25 years and to think someone can come in cold and help me – well, that’s not going to happen – but you enabled us to bring out the frustrations in a way which wasn’t confrontational. You think you understand people but you don’t until you dig deeper. The biggest breakthrough for me was the 1:1 with my CFO which you refereed at the start. The session was a revelation for both of us. The interaction between us now is fantastic! This session was the one biggest single impact on our executive team dynamic.
