Prior to setting up Jamili Coaching, Mary worked for over 20 years in both operational and strategic HRM across a variety of sectors – Oil & Gas, Logistics, Specialist Consultancy, Insurance, Not for Profit, IT in the Caribbean and UK. Her areas of responsibility included recruitment and selection, employee development, management development, performance management, change management.
