Claire’s background in learning and development spans over 20 years with knowledge and skills acquired from leadership roles in University, Consultancy, FE College and independent training providers.

Claire’s Masters’ in Leadership and Management was completed whilst working full time, and as a work-based learner understands the challenges of completing study whilst working. She has a keen interest in leadership styles and links to emotional intelligence and customer experience.
Claire’s interests include travel, cooking, architecture, nature, walking her mad cocker spaniel Coco, and spending time with her family and friends.
