Robert has more than 25 years of experience as an international human resources (HR) leader, and obtained a track record of achievement for various multinationals, public and private companies in various sectors like FMCG and management services. Robert developed an interest in disruption, transformation, innovation leadership, talent solutions, HR project work across international markets, and in the review and definition of HR strategies that contribute effectively to new or to be changed business strategies. Pursuant to his global and European HR career Robert now contributes on an independent basis to the success of change projects for individuals and for companies. His interim assignments enable the collaborative development of HR strategies, the management of HR projects and effective and efficient talent solutions that increase performance, innovation and change in companies. His executive and client centred coaching follows a transformational approach focusing on thoughts, values and beliefs which impact feelings and actions.
