A Master NLP practitioner and an accredited Marshall Goldsmith leadership coach with extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and a combined 30 years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. He is an architect of bespoke in-house turnkey people engagement, coaching and team development programmes that drive peak performance.
