Who are we?

We are an innovative team of experienced trainers and consultants. Our expertise is in applying Neuro Linguistic Programming to business. All members of our team have business experience at senior management level as well as being trained to the highest level in NLP. They all bring a wealth of creativity to the solutions we provide for our clients. We continue to develop our skills by researching and developing fast, cost effective ways of achieving lasting results. Our Orange Circle Thinking change methodology is just one example of this. This and many others are explained in our books and CDs.

What do we do?

Working closely with our clients we offer customised solutions to the challenges of growth, change and personal development in organisations, with a complementary suite of open courses aimed at helping people raise the bar of their achievement.

Our Approach

Our focus is on REAL. We work with Real People, on Real Issues in Real Time. Our open programmes are named to reflect this. No abstract theories or hypothetical scenarios – we work simply with what is happening for you and your organisation.

Don’t expect us to paper over the cracks. We will tell you how we see it and propose high quality solutions aimed at achieving your outcomes as quickly as possible. When we engage with you the quality will come through in everything we do from communication and materials to ideas, design and delivery.

We are results focused – our aim is for you to achieve maximum return on your investment. We know that in today’s business environment time is precious and you and your organisation need practical skills not theories and concepts. With this in mind we make sure that our programmes are well balanced between input and practice and take place in an environment conducive to effective learning in group sizes which allow our experienced trainers to attend to the outcomes of every delegate.
