Since my 5 days with Dave and Pat I have definitely changed my outlook on both my work and home life. I now manage to stay very positive – I have built many bridges with some of my difficult customers and overcome many of my silly fears at meetings etc. This week I have won the Divisional Best of the Best Award for the ‘Field Based’ Category for which I am absolutely overwhelmed.
