I wanted to extend my thanks again for the support you gave me on the programme. I am starting to tune my sensory acuity and have started to see some results – still find myself in broadcast mode a little too often and will need much more practice before I notice all the signs. I used the future goal visualisation technique with someone whom I am coaching on an ad-hoc basis and was surprised by the results – it is good to see this stuff working outside of the safe environment of the course.
