Wow – what an eye opener! I’d just like to say a big thank you to both you and Pat for delivering a most interesting, enjoyable and thought provoking course.

I truly believe I’ve laid a solid platform in which to make positive personal change. The challenge is to slowly but surely implement what I have learnt about myself but then opportunities come disguised as hard work! Very much looking forward to Module 2 when we look at how these personal changes can affect our environment.
