Alison Mizen

Alison has many years experience in both small and large organisations and brings to Quadrant 1 a vast array of skills including business development, project management, sales and marketing. She trained through the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has more recently focused on developing her interest in personal development by becoming a qualified coach. Her unique combination of marketing and coaching skills makes her the ideal person to run the Quadrant 1 marketing function. She has a passion for effective communication and a natural skill for motivating those around her.

Alison’s motivation, enthusiasm and drive to make the best of everything she does, is inspirational to all, particularly her young family. She is a true advocate of healthy living and can often be seen early in the morning running through the country roads of Oxfordshire or heading off for the gym.
