Our AIM Methodology
We have a passion for researching and delivering the most effective tools for personal change available today. We understand that progressive change happens at various levels, and the best way to learn, and to be supported, is in a group where you receive personal attention from experienced facilitators.
Our breadth of experience as Senior Managers, Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Consultants and Trainers, means we understand the needs of real people. The depth of our experience comes from working with a wide range of real issues – professional and personal – that our clients work through with us. Our clients desire fast, effective solutions, so we work with them in real time to assist them in making immediate changes to their thinking and therefore their behaviour.
Our unique methodology – AIM – provides a flexible structure for understanding and incorporating personal change. We use it in one to one coaching and the design and delivery of our programmes.
- Awareness – it was Moshe Feldenkreis who said ‘nature is not kind to creatures without awareness’. The same goes for teams and organisations. The starting point for all our programmes is to first create awareness.
- Intention – This answers the question ‘what exactly are we or I trying to achieve here?’ Most behaviour is the result of habitual thinking whether by an individual or a group. Our methods create change at the level of thinking to create positive and powerful intention resulting in positive and powerful behaviour.
- Move to Action – with awareness and intention firmly in place moving into action with motivation is the easy part.
