This programme builds on the skills learnt in the first module, Real Personal Effectiveness, to generate excellence in management and leadership. Communication is at the centre of your skill set – this advanced module focuses on building self mastery, honing your ability as a role model for engaging others and developing advanced coaching and change techniques.
Self Mastery
In the pursuit of self mastery you will build on the awareness and skills learnt in the first module. Key developments include –
- Flexibility of behaviour to respond to any given business situation with clarity and confidence
- Effective decision-making
- Taking initiative
- Execution of decisions
- Self motivation, energy and drive
- The confidence to express opinions, offer ideas, take calculated risks and make changes where appropriate
- The ability to remain focused with the commitment and determination to succeed
Role Model
As a leadership role model you will want to develop core skills for giving direction, collaborating, and facilitating groups. These include –
- Listening with the intent to understand
- Giving recognition
- Generating new ideas
- Persistence in driving ideas and projects
- Maintaining a curious and questioning disposition
- Working in collaboration with others – team work and general cooperation

Advanced Coaching
The first module introduced you to the skills of coaching and to a number of conversational and non-conversational coaching techniques. This module focuses on the depth of skill and breadth of application. It will take your coaching and facilitation skills to another level, and give you some additional techniques, enabling you to –
- Stretch others and help them realise their full potential
- Identify and develop the talent surrounding you
- Offer alternative perspectives
- Facilitate change in people and teams
- Manage your own state and energy levels
- Bring clarity to any communication process
This programme Includes an NLP Certified Practitioner Certificate and requires completion of the first module, Real Personal Effectiveness.
