Real Awareness – Personal Change

Q1 does not use assessments that label you this or that type, paint you a colour, or make you an animal. The purpose of a personality profiling tool is to provide information you can use to drive a desired change. The two instruments we use regularly with our clients are Meta Programmes and Harrison Assessment – no labels, colours, or animals – just pure awareness that enables personal change.

Meta Programmes

Meta Programmes emerged from NLP through early observations of Dr. Richard Bandler. They are programmes which direct other thought processes and indicate your general approach to work and life, shown as a behavioural range across a continuum. They will give you an increased awareness of 11 patterns that are responsible for much of the conflict and poor performance that occurs within organisations today.

Harrison Assessments

The Harrison Assessment methodology was formulated in 1990 after 10 years of development by Dan Harrison Ph.D. This breakthrough is the result of his diverse background in organizational psychology, clinical psychology and mathematics. His commitment to the integrity and accuracy of assessment information is demonstrated in the ongoing development and research in co-operation with companies world-wide. Today HA is used in over 20 countries and 12 languages, including English, Chinese, Thai, German, Indonesian, French, Romanian, Spanish, Malaysian, Swedish, Vietnamese, Korean and Portuguese.
