Pampered Chef Workshop
Earlier this month David Molden and Pat Hutchinson, lead trainers at Quadrant 1, had the privilege to run a workshop for 220 lively independent Pampered Chef Directors. These are some real smart cookies – operating in a virtually recession proof industry, with a flexibly and highly rewarding marketing plan in an expansive market. The purpose of the workshop was to impart tools and techniques to supercharge their recruiting – tools they could immediately apply to their business. It was interactive and fun and they certainly learnt fast.
