If...
If, like us, you are looking forward to the festive break with thoughts of family, children, fun and relaxation, you know that it is also a time for reflection on the year past. Recalling the highs and lows and wondering how much of what happened was planned to happen, and how much of it took you by surprise, we still look for ways of shaping the future the way we would like it to be.
For some people perhaps the year followed a well thought through sequence of steps. Others may look back and see a rapid stream of things to do, never quite feeling on top of some things.
Quadrant 1 achievements include new editions of 3 books, one best seller, 2 new programmes, increase in revenue and a host of new clients each having their own success as a result of our coaching and training.
People always surprise us with what they get from our programmes and go on to achieve. Chris from Corus, Stuart from Westerham Press, Ross from Amex and Claire from Wagamama are among many who have achieved greater results through personal influence. Maria, Jeremy, Jim and Trudi are just a few who pursued their profession in a new role for greater satisfaction and rewards. People are able to create innovative solutions to their problems. What we help to do is facilitate this process and teach advanced practical skills. In seeking to continually improve the work we do we have found more effective ways of sharpening focus and decision-making; fixing time management problems permanently; boosting confidence and personal impact; creating excellent public speakers, and shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
As we wind down the year we will enter 2008 with some programmes already filled to capacity. This has exceeded our plan and it hasn’t even started yet! We have so much more to offer as we unfold the plan, and we are all excited at the success we will share with our clients.
We also think about people who want to achieve specific things, yet seem reluctant to invest in themselves. Sometimes procrastination or poor decision-making get in the way. Other times a sense of priority might prevent the investment. Perhaps timing is the cause. Whatever is creating reluctance it is clear that investing in ‘Me plc’ is one of the wisest investments you can make. Especially in a business world which grows increasingly complex and technical day-by-day. The ability to sift for gold amongst the sand, to focus, be determined, deal with difficulties and stay positive are skills you will always need.

Clients also engage us for in-house work to alleviate stress, increase motivation, help to build teams, facilitate change and develop leadership capability.
