Yes, the participants learn the most advanced influencing skills available today, and they leave highly motivated, but the similarities stop there.
The first noticable difference is that we (the trainers and facilitators) are experienced executive coaches with both business and training backgrounds. Then you might see how the activities are more like open coaching sessions using advanced change techniques. The debriefs give you a very interesting view of the changes people are making as they progress through the programme.
When you arrive on the Real Success programme you enter an arena of discovery, where you learn to use a range of self-awareness tools and techniques to explore the inner workings of your thoughts and feelings. These changes take place during the programme, and the after effects continue long after completion.
