We were invited to speak at a conference with over 1,000 people in Singapore on the subject of NLP and how it can be applied to independent financial advisers. This helped them develop winning mindsets towards formerly perceived difficult and frustrating business situations.

We conducted a project to model their top sales people then designed a training course to teach their sales team the methods used by the top performers. The resulting 2-day workshop was attended by the entire sales team and supported by the top performers. The modelling project consisted of shadowing and interviewing a number of top and average performers. As a result the team learned a number of effective techniques to improve their individual sales performance.
Carbogen Amcis
We are currently working in a partnership-type relationship with Carbogen Amcis, a Swiss based pharmaceutical company undergoing rapid expansion. We provide consultancy, group coaching for the top team and team integration and personal development skills training for the executive board. We have also been commissioned to provide management development training and team integration for 70 managers.
