What is NLP and why is it useful?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about the way you use your brain (neuro), how you communicate with yourself and others using verbal and non-verbal language (linguistic), and how your behaviour is a result of the programmes you are running in your mind (programming). It is an attitude of mind, a set of principles and lots of techniques for re-programming the way you think so you can get more of the results you really want.
Neuro Linguistic Programming Training
At Quadrant 1 we use NLP in our in-house customised training programmes and our open programmes to help organisations and individuals make changes to create success in their chosen area. We have a high emphasis on skills and practise and our programmes are facilitated closely by expert NLP trainers.
